At Nortmere, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with Nortmere, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within Canada, including all provinces and territories.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • International destinations outside Canada

  • Parcel forwarding services

  • Freight forwarding companies

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.


2. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

There are no additional handling or processing fees. The total displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay.


3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days.

Estimated timeline:

  • Order Processing: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Shipping Partners

To provide reliable nationwide delivery, Nortmere works with Canada Post and selected trusted delivery partners.

Depending on your location and the availability of our logistics network, your parcel may be delivered by one of our approved shipping partners.


6. Order Tracking

Every order includes Track & Trace.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable duties, import charges, and taxes are included in the purchase price.

You will never be asked to pay additional customs fees or import charges upon delivery.

Some orders may be shipped from one of our international fulfillment facilities in order to provide the best product availability and delivery experience.


8. Delivery Issues

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us at:

Our team will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide an update as quickly as possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label (if possible)

After reviewing your request, we'll arrange a free replacement where applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.


9. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • High seasonal shipping volumes

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Remote delivery locations
